After a major re-adjustment I have restored the problems of last month. You may have noticed that I didn't give the game information under each picture of my new games. My designer and I could not find a reason other than I had downloaded Windows 10 and something in that change caused the problem....
So, June draws to an end. The weather here in Northern Germany remains extremely pleasant. I suspect the gardeners hereabouts are desperate for rain. As I am going to look at a game in the Wild West, it is appropriate to say that a Red Indian Rain Dance is called for. I have persuaded my squaw to...
I like May. Two Bank Holidays for a start. The weather remains calm and benign. Are we heading for a scorcher of a summer or will fate take a hand and inflict on us a seriously wet and cold summer? The city is full of tourists and it is not even school holidays yet, so firms that organise city...

As usual, if you want to know more, please ask. Plus: Can anyone explain to me how to make MicroBadges on the BGG. Here is...
These are the games that Card Tower has acquired this month. An interesting variety from the sublime to the ridiculous. If you want to know more about specific games, please let me know. 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea Lakeside 1975  Acquire Selecta 1995 The a-MAZE-ing Labyrinth...
Every month I acquire more games. Some from successful auction bids, some as gifts, some as Fleamarket finds, and so on. The mix is extremely eclectic and I thought it might be an interesting project to do an article each month showing the new arrivals. I intend only showing a scan of the box lid....
Stefan Feld is the highest rated designer of games in recent years. The adjective 'Feldian' has come into popular use when describing a game that has various ways of earning victory points but also includes some luck element. We are under the Feldian spell ourselves because we like light to medium...
